I probably have a ton of these sorts of promos from around that time, but it's all on beta. I bought an old VCR at a yardsale and recorded about 6 or 8 tapes worth of stuff off the air. Then the VCR began having rewind issues and our family bought a brand new VHS machine. The ability to edit my transfers from beta to VHS left my watchable copies sans commercials. Some day I will have to buy a beta machine and go through those older tapes.
@tvnutboy It's a shame he didn't say "Baltimore's Very Own"--he could also be heard on WGN in Chicago during this same period!

I don't know his name, but the announcer sounds like the person who did announcements for New York WPIX 11 in the 80s and early 90s.
