I'm an opera fan and heard many fine tenors, live and on disc, but frankly I never heard of Cortis. He is a very fine tenor and sings with much feeling, as well as having an excellent voice. I love You Tube!!

Forse la voce non era piu bella che quella di Fleta e di Lazaro, ma, credo che lui cantava meglio che i suoi coterranei, sopratutto l'opera italiana. Fleta era il re della zarzuela, suoi stupendi filati andavano benissimo in zarzuela, ma non tanto in opera, per essempio, e lucevan le stelle. Cortis era il piu italianizzato dei tre. Grande!

Voce scura ma dizione quasi perfetta,lo definerei un lirico-lirico pieno-acuti a lama molto molto belli...c'e ne fossero di tenori cosi oggi!!!!!!!!!Bravo davvero
