NBC is located in Monterey Park, CA and serves a wide variety of dim sum. I didn't know what to anticipate before going. But, as you can see, I made a real pig of myself. My favorite dish? The pig with crispy skin! If you're in the area, you must come here for dim sum. Make sure you get there early as the lines can be long! The price isn't so bad either!

I used to go there all the time in the 90's. Now I live in Japan, but I really miss Monterey Park restaurants.

Yes, Japan is nice for Jpnse food of course, & some other ethic food such as Italian, Korean, & French is excellent in Jpn, but Monterey Park is Mecca for Chinese cuisine in America - such a wonderful place when I was in So Cal in the 90s. We drove form Irvine to MP just for porridge. At times, I fantasize I will move to MP for 1 month just to eat! haha. There is an amazing place in MP that serves stewed pork leg - so tender like tofu - Heavenly! I wish I could remember it's name.
