I just came back from a vacation in Wyoming and it ended with a stay at the Occidental Hotel. Wow, it was the highlight of our trip. Very cool place to stay. The saloon looks the same as it did back in 1880 (based on the pictures hanging on the saloon wall). The dinner we had there was outstanding. We ate in the old vault---a very cool experience.
Both my daughters loved the place (16 & 22). I highly recommend a stay at this historic hotel.
