I don't deny Indians and Christians were slaugthered. What I respect is that the winning faction or group (Christians) although VERY imperfect, laid the foundation for a modern civilization.. Ward is a cowardly racist who benefits from the very civilization he condems. If the shoe was on the other foot, and Indians had successfully stopped Christians from invading, you both would still be riding horses to work worried about your families unattended at home.

Well, in those days if there was someone to come into your house and slaugther your family... it could be done. There was NO LAW. No cops to call. Indians lived like savages. Clans fighting with other clans for territory, goods, and women. This had gone on for years. They believed in superstition and taking the souls of their enemies by cutting off their scalp. Christians came along and took their land. GOOD. You, Ward, and the lives of millions benefit from this action. Thank God!

@21Fujiman if a man comes into your house and slaughters your family, no matter how much brutality you show towards him at the time, are you innocent? This is what happened to the indigenous people of not only the Americas but many other European or Anglo colonized lands around the world. Just fact. No we cant change it, but why keep denying it.

@Tiknuttle you are right, every word Ward spoke is true. And what we are taught our whole life in history books at school, is propagated by the ones doing the writing, kind of, well if i won the fight and my enemy is dead, who is to argue with me over how i won, i will say i won it any way i wish. This is not to say that america dont have greatness in it, but it was founded on greedy and murderous ideals and actions.

@Tiknuttle Do you believe indians were innocent? They were vicious too. They would scalp your head in a heartbeat, keep it as trophy. Look, killing and murdering was going on everywhere. Europe had wars. Indians were violent as well as the invading Christians. Bottom line, some Christians had a sense of a better day. We are NOW living their vision. People of all races work together. Im Mex, I understand USA vision. Ward compares our great usa vision to Nazi's. Not fair. he is a idiot.

Thats not wat they teach you in high school is it. But It is 100% true and documented facts. But the killing and murdering is considered neccesary for the U.S. to become what it is, so its o.k. That is sickening and horrible. It is basically what happened in nazi germany and the holocoaust. So I wonder why we don't learn about the indegenous holocoust in school? "Think about that one".
