I truely believe in what multiple Mr. Olympia winner Ronnie Coleman said about "lifting as much as you can for as many reps as you can." I know when I can bring 315lbs for two sets, 335lbs for the next set, and 365lbs for the final two sets all at 14reps per set, that I'll be able to pyramid up to 500lbs in a workout. The most ive ever done was 475lbs. for one set of 3 reps. But, then I weighed 270lbs, now I weigh 250lbs. It's difficult to be lean and strong simmultaneously. Here's my work out for a heavy chest day, legs are a monsterous workout too! Haters keep hating!
