making large combos can you get about 300k in 5 min. single color bonuses are sooo not worth it

to make 300k you need to do a "clean all bloks" every 10 seconds or a "clean color" every 1 second.

150k or 200k? maybe... but more I don´t think so...

I don't have Lumines II just the first one. I heard the combo system is way different. Out of curiousity, what can you do in 5 minutes on the original game?

Tip: In terms of simply gathering several points as quickly as possible, Single Color Clears aren't nearly as effective in Lumines II as they were in the first one, due to the new (or improved, I don't really know/care) combo system. I've found that the best way to method to increase your average PPM (Points Per Minute, heh) is to simply make as many clears as possible while still regaining composure and creativity. Works well for me, and I'm almost as good as the best of the best.
