@nataloctopus You can't just stop everything all at once if you did you would cease to exist. It's a process. When you realize that majority of knowledge and information is based on ideologies which are not real. The next step is to focus on what is real the physical your body and the physical world around you.Breathing, self honesty, and self forgiveness are practical tools that can help you navigate between what is real and what is illusion as you realign yourself with whats real
whenever you notice the 'thoughts' that come-up that make you 'take things too seriously' and remain stuck in your head - you stop - you breathe - you lt go.
self-writing to recognize the patterns of the thoughts, beliefs and emotions that cycle within you as you - and script common sense solutions wherein you can stop yourself from thinking and rather take directive-principle practically, physically, in your world.
I feel identified with what is said here, and was wondering: how can you stop taking everything so seriously?, what practical advice can there be for this?
