I am just in awe of this video! You can truly tell the secondary announcer stammered in absolute disbelief as he couldn't seem to think of what to say....

1964 Tokyo Olympics. "Mills is coming on!, Mills is coming on!"" one of the great calls in sports history. The greatest upset in track and field history. A tremendous accomplishment indeed!
