ok, just a thought. yes she sang the song probably better than the singer in the movie herself. everyone is very impressed.

but, she is not supposed to be here singing movie songs. I'm just curious, Kishore garu, why didn't she take up carnatic music as a career option (if she did please pardon my ignorance) Even though a large part of the carnatic music is in telugu, why don't the current day telugu people appreciate/aadarinchu it ? Probably that is why she did take it as a career

Hello, Srinidhi is in 3 yr B.Tech right now and she primarily focusses on Carnatic Music. And to offer a personal opinion on your comment about people perspective on Carnatic Music, it still exists but the exposure of its existance is not revealed as youth is not into it very much. For Eg, I am 26 and have tons of friends but unfortunately I never came across an individual who appreciates this music let alone knows anything about Carnatic sangeetham Music is divine and hopefully things change

It is great to know that her main focus is carnatic. There are very few young artists who have such great "pattu" on sangeetham and such good diction. My very best wishes to her in her career, hope to see her concerts soon. and like you said hope that things will change.

Amazing performance from Sreenidhi. I have no words to say about this prodigy. Beautiful rendition from her. I get tears from my eyes out of joy everytime I listen this video. My favourite song from the movie Swarnakamalam. Amrutha gaanamidi nee pedavuladaa .... What an excellent comment from the one of the greatest Director.
