[7.8] ATT Customer Service Diva

Only the most fierce Diva on the planet can get ATT customer service to waive a 150$ charge of getting a technician to come out to a resident in the morning before noon. Yes, that fierce diva would be me.

Sometimes you just gotta be a straight up diva/bitch/jerk/asshole to the people at customer service to get your way. its all scare tactics baby! I usually get what I want from customer service, but most of the other people who try.. they don't get nothing.

I haven't had internet for the LAST 5 DAYS!!! So I'm sorry that this video is not at its tippy toppy game! but HEY! its better then NOT posting right :p
