Sorry, I never meant to offend anyone. I did not communicate very well, I did not mean that your high school performance was bad, I meant to imply that Godspell was because it sugarcoats the reality of the cross. But MackLeeGreen is right, the Holy Spirit can draw people to faith through a play. Forgive my careless comments, please.

@cutelittlegirldog @Khurit Godspell is the book of Mathew set in the 70's and for a High school theather group I think its amazing.. I actually find these commente offensive since i was IN this musical. I think our Theather group did an AMAZING job!

Really?? You mean Jesus didn't wear a Superman shirt and the disciples didn't wear tie-dye shirts and pink berets?? Dude lighten up, it's a play. And Godspell is drawn from the Gospel of Matthew. Do you not that the Holy Spirit can create faith in people when the Word is proclaimed in a play?? Oh ye of little faith.
