As u fall further down, you can still hear the music from the supermarket speakers, but gets more and more faint as it echoes down the tunnel youve fallen into and will never come out.

Youre in the grocery store, buying starch to keep your work collar stiff for tomorrows working attire. The supermarket plays that distant bkgrnd music as u scroll through the 26 brands of starch. When the radiohead music gets more intense, you dont notice at first, but then u realize. The white glossy tiles beneath you suddenly creak open. You fall into, and find yourself in this sort of interstitial space between 2 worlds or 3 other dimensions. This is "Meeting in the Aisle"

I think this song is like a psychological device. It's how many years old now? But everytime I hear it it takes me to the exact same place....it's like a meeting place... in the aisle...with Radiohead... no?

This should have played during the final episode of Evangelion. Perfectly compliments the emptiness and strange nature of the modern world. Plus, it sounds like prog rock and elevator music mixed.
