Why didn't it extend as far as Boston? We had crappy Calendar.

An interesting sidenote, Anglia Tv used to be available much further north, stretching as far as Scarborough on the east coast, which emcompassed most of Lincolnshire, including my hometown of Boston. Then YTV complained and there was a dispute over the transmitter, eventually YTV won the battle and so, those of us in Lincolnshire were packed off to YTV although we have no common link with Yorkshire, we are East Anglians, not Northerners.

How times change ..... Wonderful days... What went wrong since then...?! In these days of ITV degrading all the regional broadcasts, we are back to just the one for the whole of the region - so enjoy your news of Norwich if you live in Luton ..... Sigh.....
