@Bluerover88 I didnt know about Mynarski's relatives o.O
I did get a good shot (picture) while in the mid-top turret X3
(and I was there this morning, when did they go there?)

Worth every penny in my opinion as i would think most of the money earned from it goes on upkeep and hopefully
some sort of RCAF charity.

Love hearing the merlins harmonising from 0:29 onwards

@Ranmyakuexe Today the Lanc was visited by some of Mynarski's relatives. You can see the pictures and follow the tour on Facebook at the Canadian Warplane Heritage

@Ranmyakuexe Don't know what time they were there but pictures are on the CWH facebook page.
Tomorrow morning, Winnipeggers are invited to the Western Canada Aviation Museum to watch the Lancaster depart. The estimated departure time is between 9:00 am - 10:00 am. The Western Canada Aviation Museum will open Tuesday at 8:00 am. A special Toonie ($2.00) admission rate will be charged in the Museum's parking

Currently it is $2000 for a 1 hour member flight. They take you to Niagara Falls, Toronto or The Grand River. At Niagara you fly around the falls and get a fabulous view. For TO, it's a couple of circuits of the harbour and CN tower. The Grand River Valley takes in some great views and a low pass along the Lake Erie shore. Dambusters style.
