I have a problem with the NOTW fad.It takes a scripture that was said by Christ and makes it our own. Before Pontius Pilot Christ says"I am a King but not of this world, if it were so do you think my soldiers would have given me up so easily"He is talking about Himself, not us. We are "made from the dust of this earth and to dust we shall return. Our Spirit is Heavenly, our body is not. "The Spirit is willing but the flesh is weak" I think people use this to boost themselves above everyone else.
