Wow what a horrible person with a really really strong accent, I'm sorry to say this but this people work for a low pay. That's why MS has all this none-speaking english people working for them because of cheap labor. And it means less money they have to spend on paying them. But at the time MS is spending millions and millions of money on cheap customer support.. In all MS support is horrible.
