Bearpocalypse 2011 - Northampton, MA

The morning of June 19, 2011 (Father's Day), our quiet little New England town was devastated by this mother black bear & her three cute little cubs. Watch in horror as they explore, squeeze their little bear butts under the fence, and find some kind of food in somebody's back yard at my apartment complex near the Jackson St. School. Oh, the horror. And by horror, I mean cuteness. Though I was only about 15-20 feet away from the mama, when she got up on her hind legs she was at shoulder height, and I decided not to get too much closer.
