You have beautiful hair. It maybe dry like you say, and if your worried about it breaking off, you can give yourself a conditioner treatment, and use the caps you bought. Pretty much apply a GOOD quality conditioner to your hair after a shampoo, really cake it on, and then put your hair under the cap. i would let it sit in 10 to 20 minutes, and then wash. Key is the cap, and letting the heat open up your hair cuticles and let the conditioner do its job. You should notice a BIG difference in time

It doesnt matter what it looks like. as long as it holds ur hair up. Just dont let the water drip on ur head.
