@billysue2 You definitely need magnesium! Irritability is one of the first signs of low brain magnesium. give you another few years and you are likely to be a raving lunatic. In US, there is much comment about suicide as being caused by pharmaceutical drugs. It is rampant over here. Just Google suicide and antidepressants and you will see what I am describing. I just did that and found 8,450,000 results. There is a lot more evidence that they do more harm than good.

I found your slides often blurry and difficult to read, also speed was a bit too fast.
I take St Johns Wort to help with anxiety and depression, and it's great. But I'll look into taking magnesium supplements as well as from what I can work out, I'm getting less than half the RDI each day in my food.

has anyone tried a raw food diet before? ive heard many good things about it.

Great video! I have been taking chlorella and spirulina-great sources is magnesium, calcium, protein and a whole bunch more... Plus taking Epsom salt baths 2-3 times a week for about a month now... After an initial detox (go slow to help with this) I feel FANTASTIC!!! My mood is great, my body feels great... I have an abundance of energy ... Search chlorella and spirulina-tell it friends and family

go to health store, buy bottle of CAL / MAG. it has proper balance of each mineral for supplementation.
Protein blocks calcium absorption, dont be stupid and think that you get all the calcium you need from the cow hormone/antibiotic mess called "milk". that "milk" has protein that blocks calcium absorption. If the foods you ate had all the things you needed, there would be no disease in this world. They call it the FDA, there is a reason they put FOOD next to DRUG in the title of that agency

@georgeeby Is it not that calcium works THROUGH magnesium? When you stuff yourself with calcium it has no way to work unless magnesium is present too. They work together, hence needing a balance! (:
I agree with louisa192, we need balance not bias. The problem has been that magnesium has been ignored and calcium over emphasized. We need a balance between magnesium and calcium.

well I have been taking magnesium (not oxide - usually glycinate or malate etc) for years and I still suffer from depression and anxiety. I also developed arrhythmia a year after starting supplementation. I found out I needed to take calcium as well - I originally followed your advice George and I have to say I think you need to be careful advising people to avoid calcium for long periods of time. I ended up pushing myself into calcium deficiency. I still take Mag though.....

@louisa192 I agree with loiusa, we need balance between calcium and magnesium. the problem has been that calcium has been greatly over emphasized at the expense of magnesium. We need to restore that balance.

Low brain magnesium is responsible for many, many brain and mood problems, so yes. I like magnesium glycinate, but topical magnesium chloride (20 to 30%) solutions applied to large areas of the skin is best. Most people with low brain magnesium will have their illness worsened by supplemental calcium. I found that oral doses up to 1200 mg magnesium a day were essential in stopping depression, but these really large doses can worsen depression if they cause diarrhea. See my webpage for details

Dr Mark Sircus recomends 3.300mg of elemental magnesium in the form of oil for transdermal application in general use (not just depression). He even uses 6.600mg..Seems a lot,but maybe some people need that much.I´ve benn usingo aroun 800mg in oil plus 800 mg orally..I feel a bit better, but don´t feel so much benefits as others do. Maybe i will increase tue dose slowly and see what happens.

@MartinRiggs00 You can trust Dr. Sircus's recommendation in my opinion.
