Great book and program. I believe this book is not for losing 100lbs, instead I believe it is for getting you in shape. Done right via diet and the workout program this is one of the few books that will REALLY do something for you no matter how fit you are. The program has at least 2 circuits a week, that you do as best as you can. Yes, you'll have to push yourself. If you are a beginner you might do only 20 reps of somthing during a given time, if you are really fit, you'll do 50. The circuits are done once or twice. You can get them done once in about 45 minutes. There are a few exercises that are a little odd, but hey what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Hot Bod in a Box eliminates transferring the exercises onto a piece of paper, as you see in the vid. Also, it seems as if they weight machines are removed from the box which makes it much easier to do the exercises because you are not running all over the place to do you daily program. I didn't mention that in the video and should have. Prepping the circuits in the book is sometimes a bit of challenge until you have it down. If the gym is busy that you are in, they won't appreciate it....that's where hot bod in a box comes in a bit more hand. All in all 9 out of 10! Totally! Maybe I just need to do separate reviews for those books.
@yellowbeamoflight Sorry that I didn't answer earlier. Still using the HBinaBox. To answer your questions(just in case you still want an answer):
No the exercises are NOT exactly the same. The HB in a box I can use with weights, ball, chairs (at home) which is really nice. Otherwise if you do all the exercises and keep your diet, you WILL tone like you would not believe. Having a friend do it with you for motivation is a great help!

I know this is a really old video - but I hope you will still answer it. Are the hot bod in the box exercises the same as Making the Cut? And are HBinaBox exercises all body weight (with dumbbells and/or stability balls) or do you need any gym machines?
