I guess we're not supposed to refer to the Health Reform protesters as WingNuts anymore. Apparently they now prefer to be called "Walnuts" (note the many WALNUT T-shirts in the following video).
Of the 20 or so protesters who did not take the time to obtain tickets (if they ever actually wanted to be inside to hear the discussion rather than standing outside attempting to cause some disruption) for The SEIU 1199 Health Insurance Reform, We Can't Wait Town Hall with Gov. Howard Dean held Saturday in Columbus, this guy stood out as the "spokesman" for the group.
He was interviewed by each of the TV stations present and put on the air by at least 2 of them.
Though we learn in the video that he is "70% disabled" (receiving a government check each month) and has health care from the Veterans Administration (the Goverment run socialist health care program that consistently ranks as the number 1 health care rpogram in America far exceeding all private programs in customer satisfaction), he's against Health Insurance Reform for the rest of us.
He has his talking points down, but there's one problem . . . they're all lies.
Watch as he tells 5 lies in less then 2 minutes.
You didn't say what planet this guy gets his news from.

I tried to engage with the protestors at the Sherrod Brown event, but this guy was tossing word salads that were unpalatable and fact-free, so I tried to avoid any discussion with him. Fittingly enough, his ramblings and incoherencies seemed to earn him de facto leadership status among the protestors. For so many people, it's not what you say that matters, but how loud and how many times you say it. Truth is irrelevant to these people.
