None of you understand the concept of human emotion or guitar feedback. You're too caught up in pretty lyrics and sad songs. He's a musician. He plays music that he creates, a lot of emotion goes into song creation even after the lyrics have been written.

this song is beautiful. Especially the guitar. I just love how delicately and beautifully it's played in the beginning. Then more guitar gets layered over, to create a little bit of chaos. Till eventually it all comes up to this huge chaotic ending. The music along with the words tell a story as well. It's just great.
