Skyrim glitches

All of my glitches captured in a single video.

I recently killed an Elder Dragon near Eldergleam, but I did not absorb his soul. Every time I go back now, I always see this super glitched Elder Dragon that I cannot kill.

Also, ever since the latest update, my mouse clicks will not properly click within menus. If I click on Apparel after opening the item menu, it selects the Weapons screen. Basically, whatever is 1 space up from where you actually click. Also, I cannot select anything because of this glitch, as it is constantly trying to click the item above it. I have to hover over the item and use the keyboard keys.

And the last glitch which is new as of the latest update as well... I always die if I take any kind of damage from a fall. Regardless of the height.
