@raunchy85If Phoebe got her empathic power back in the finale season she could have deflected the Triads fireballs right back at them through a direct thereby killing one of them right on the spot. Considering that it was certainly easier than Paige orbing the Triad guy in front of the fireball so that when Piper restarted time it would kill one of them.

@raunchy85 Phoebe's always been an empath. She's demonstrated this ability as early as season 1 feeling the emotions of those in her visions. I'm just sad it took them 6 years to fully develop it into its own power.

Phoebe is basically the most powerful of the Charmed Ones basically because:

-Premonitions allow her to predict and avoid here enemies' attacks.

-Her Empathy powers allow her to copy and throw other people's powers right back at them.

-Plus she knows kung fu.

And Piper, Prue and Paige usually rely more on their powers than Phoebe.
