[PART 4]
American McGee's Alice is an amazingly demented and dark twist to Lewis Carrol's classic tale. After surviving a traumatic childhood event, Alice struggles to maintain her sanity as she slips into a Wonderland full of nightmares. Her only hope to regain sanity and restore order to Wonderland, is to defeat the one and only Queen of Hearts.
After setting unplayed in an old box of games for nine years, during the spring of 2009 I had a dream one night about the game which inevitably led me to digging it out and spending the next few days playing it. After finishing the game, I can honestly say that it is one of my absolute favorites, and I can't believe I let it go without even considering playing it for nine years. Aside from the sometimes questionable gameplay, the game spews forth amazing art style, level design, music, and a downright MINDFUCKED storyline. Although old, Alice gave and still gives me a weird, speechless, and unexplained feeling when playing, which with other games, rarely happens.
Two years ago this spring I stumbled upon this awesome game, and with the new Alice game right around the corner, it's time to revisit the past. Here is my 2011 playthough.

[NOTES]
The game has been changed to a widescreen resolution so I could record in 720p. The pre-rendered videos in the game are slightly stretched and the in game cutscenes are slightly cut off. But neither are that noticeable, to me anyways.
When you see the video fade from one scene to another, it is because there was a loading screen in the level at that point and I feel there is no need to watch the game load over and over. That being said, the map shares the same screen, so when I change zones I will display the screen to show where I am.
I'm not a professional video editor by any means, to be honest Ive really just started. But I have, and will continue to try to seamlessly edit out any repetitive deaths or any excessive time spent in one area without taking away from the game.
Also, i'm still on the fence on adding in voice commentary to my videos. So this playthough will contain no voice. There also will be no text commentary either as I believe it will distract from the mood of the game.

@DigBicks Yeah the AI in the game isn't the best, but it's an old game. Although if you let the enemies get close to you they usually do a large amount of damage, especially those flying fucks. If I also remember right, further into the game there are some places where you can get cornered by some enemies and the situation becomes a total shitfest.
