  • hook blocking is hard

  • I think the center is a bit too high when he block . If he took the first contact lower , he will have much more power and speed in his legs to drive the defensive Lineman .

  • that's why they can't run in arena football...

  • @Tutorials4Dummiess seattle

  • @POLOREYEZD i could see that being a hold but in my conference probably not im from illinois how bout u

  • @Tutorials4Dummiess around 0:40 could potentially be a hold. I play in a conference where refs will flag you on holding often. Please dont call me a liar. I spend +3.5 hours a day at practice and holding is an issue we go over daily. Shooting the hands on a run block also sets up tenancies for holding. Im not trolling, just giving you the truth.

  • @POLOREYEZD tag where the holding is please (example) 1:10

  • @Tutorials4Dummiess in a lot of states/counties you can be called for putting your arms out onto the guy. i know it is a clean block but it is very easy to be called on it depending on who your refs are. I got 3 holding calls in a row doing that once

  • @POLOREYEZD i dont see holding one time in this vid and they arent in full pads bc its a simple demonstration not a full practice or game if u can tell me where u see the holding then ill give u credit but i dont see holding at all

  • can you say holding call? and why arent they in full pads? but their stances look very good and natural
