Phoenix police are still looking for a second car connected to a deadly crash that killed two people Saturday morning; they say the crash was the result of a street race.
At about 1:40 a.m., police said Francisco Sanchez-Beltran ran a red light at 35th Avenue and Thunderbird Road and slammed into a car.
Both people inside the car were killed.
Sanchez-Beltran has been charged with two counts of manslaughter.
One of the people who died is Fakri Fakhouri, also known as Frank.
Family members said Fakhouri was driving a friend home when the crash happened.
He leaves behind a 2-year-old son.
Meanwhile, police are still searching for the other car, described as a silver or gray Acura Integra.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Phoenix Police Department at 602-262-61661 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.

Im sorry for your loss. He seemed more like family than a friend. I too just had a major loss. A friend who served with me in iraq was just murdered for trying to protect his girlfriend. I would like to express my condolences for you loss once again.
