Max, I'm sure there is some truth to the effectiveness of SSSS. But if it supposedly was the reason why so many Iraqis surrendered in the Desert Storm war, why has it not been applied since in Iraq, Afghanistan etc? This makes the validity of these statements very questionable.

Here is answer:

In Iraq, they wanted to show how almighty American military is and how quickly they can conquer it. However, wars are meant to be fought. So, ruling elite does not want to "win" in war. They want to stay in that important strategic region. Iraq - Oil. Afghanistan ( opium - Drugs trafficking). Hope that explains.

This video is a "big lie." The human eardrum can perceive variations up to 18 kHz. With age or hearing damage, this is reduced.

The eardrum vibrates to audio frequencies , and our brain perceives sound. Anything above the audio frequency range is beyond the capability of the ear to respond.

A human feels fear in response to something that "switches" neurons that cause fear. An electro-magnetic wave can't do this.

@concordiaawaits He's not just talking about the TV. You should read the patent. There is a HUGE difference between a book and electromagnetic waves. You can close a book and throw it in the garbage. But, there isn't much you can do when someone is beaming radiation into your skull from half a mile away. You need to read more about microwave auditory effects, then you will better understand his point.
