Vanessa Hudgens - Hook it Up (Lee;O Version)

So, I have never watched HSM, but because of all the media exposure, I became very aware of some of the actors in the HSM movies, such as: Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, and Zac Efron. A while ago, I was in search for new music and decided to look up Ashley Tisdale. 3 of her songs from her 1st album I really liked, which inspired me to look into Vanessa.

I herd her song Sneakernights from the commercials and looked into her album "Identified" and am extremely glad I did. I really like 5 songs off this album and especially "Hook it up."

In my opinion, "Hook it up" is way mainstream. It has a more over-all accepting feel, rather than just for disney fans. The beat and lyrics are perfect and actually describe how I feel ha. Like these lines:

"If you wanna chance, better get up and dance, 'less ya can't really dance, in that case stay at home; players only."

This song is short, but sweet. I also loved how her look is during her performances. Very Pussycat Dolls with her own spin in it. The beat is very sexy and extremely dancable, which is perfect for me. I was quite impressed that she could sing and dance at the same time too.

After the 1st time I herd this song, I knew I was going to make a video and then when I saw her performance, it confirmed it. The one thing I still have troubles with in this choreography is 2:15, when she does the knee thing and goes to the floor and back up lol. I still can't figure out how to do it as good as I see her doing it.

ANYWAYS, this song is amazing and her album is actually very good and I recommend people actually giving her a chance, especially for those who feel disney singers songs are kiddish because this song certainly isn't.
