not an accident as the title imply's, this is an indecent. I do not see ant control surface damage and there couldn't be any from what this video shows. Prop strike it is, cost?? tear down the engine and check the run-out on the crank, check the prop might be repairable or just replace. This guy is probably looking at $5-10K in repair and inspection bills. That just sucks.

@BigWheelHawaii Similar thing happened at our flying club, repair costs came to about the equivalent of 15 000 USD..
