SELENA'S POV
How cliche is this? I fell in love with someone I'm supposed to hate. But the thing is I don't hate him. Nick is everything I love in a man. He won't break easily, he ignores my sarcastic remarks, and he sees the real me that no one ever cares to look for. Nick and I spent the rest of the morning in my room just watching movies and old videos of me dancing.
END OF POV

Selena: NO!! Turn it off!! (covers her face with a pillow)
Nick: Oh calm down Selly! You look adorable! (points at the TV) Come on, you look so cute in that cat suit. (holding back laughter)
Selena: (talking into the pillow) No I don't! I was 7 when I did that recital, and I had no idea I looked that ridiculous.

Selena: (smiles while watching the video)
Nick: Damn Sel. Your amazing.
Selena: (blushes) Why thank you. It is after all my only taleent.
Nick: Pfft. Yeah right.
Selena: (laughs) Do you wanna go downstairs?
Nick: Yeah sure.
Selena: Okay hold up just a second. (gets up from bed and walks slowly into her closet) (puts on: http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/profile?id=1538832 and comes back out)
Nick: What's with the sun glasses? We are in doors after all.
Selena: In case you haven't noticed my face looks hideous.
Nick: Selena you're beautiful.
Selena: You can keep telling me that but I'll still feel ugly.
Nick: (sighs in defeat) If I can't convince you that your gorgeous (goes over to her and picks her up bridal style) then at least let me carry you downstairs. (smiles)
Selena: (giggles) Okay.
Nick: (pecks her lips and carries her downstairs)
Selena: Can you just set me down on the couch?
Nick: Sure thing. (sets her down carefully) I'm gonna go get the breakfast tray upstairs, alright?
Selena: (nods)
Nick: Be right back. (goes up the stairs taking it two by two)
Demi: (goes into the living room reading a book)
Selena: Demi?
Demi: Shhh, Bella's about to punch Jacob. (continues reading)
Selena: (smiles) Demi.
Demi: (looks up from the book) Lena! (runs over to her and hugs her) Thank God your all right! I thought we lost you! (kisses her cheek)
Selena: (brings her arms around her) I'm fine Demi.
Demi: (pulls back) Then can you take those glasses off? (reaches for them)
Selena: (smacks her hand away) No I won't take them off. I don't want anyone to see the ugly bruises on my eyes.
Demi: (sighs) You wanna go to the hospital--
Selena: NO! I hate doctors.
Demi: (laughs) (hugs her again) I really missed you, Sel.
Selena: I missed you too. (pulls away)
Demi: What did they do to you?
Selena: They...they...(starts to tear up) David...he...he did this to me. (breaks down crying)
Demi: (hugs her again)
Selena: (cries into her shoulder) Wha-what if th-they come for m-me again?
Nick: (comes back downstairs and sees Sel crying) (sits down next to her and rubs her back comfortingly)
Joe: (comes into the living room with headphones in his ears and purposely singing off key) That's what you get when you let your heart win. Woah-oh-oh-oh-oh!!! (sees them all on the couch comforting Sel) (takes out his earbuds and kneels infront of Sel and Demi) What happened?
Demi: She's scared that David, Zac, and Sterling will come back for her.
Joe: (understands) Oh... But they won't.
Selena: (looks up at Joe) How do you know that huh? How do you know that next time I'm by myself they won't try and kidnap me again?
Joe: (smiles) Because little sister, brother knows best. (takes the TV remote and turns on the news)
Reporter: Earlier today three men, Zac Efron, Sterling Knight, and David Henrie were arrested for trying to spend over $300,000 worth of counterfeit money at a local jewelry store. The store's cashier immediately recognized that the money was fake and called the police. Turns out Efron and Knight were wanted for numerous counts of bank robberies, kidnappings, house break-ins and many other crimes. To whoever gave these criminals the counterfeit money, the New York Police Department thanks you.
Joe: (turns off the TV, turns to Nick Sel, and Demi and bows) Thank you, thank you. If it weren't for me watching all those crime TV shows, those bastards would have been God knows where doing God knows what with God knows who.
Nelena: (speechless)
Selena: You?
Nick: Thought of that?
Selena: Not Demi?
Nick: You?
Nelena: What?
Joe: Jeez thanks guys I feel so loved.
Demi: (laughs) You are loved, by me. (wraps her arms around his waist and rests her head on his chest) My baby is a hero. (giggles)
Joe: (kisses her forehead) Thanks love.
