Why do you take the secret after the traps and not before ?

The secret room isnt open until you go through the traps.

how the fuck could you beat puna so fast. i need 21shoots to kill him.

Use the Desert Eagle. Then its all about perfect timing with your shots that will make Puna extremely vulnerable.
