  • What a crock of shit. Improper form. No real knowledge on KBs. What an embarrassment to the hardstyle kettlebell culture. Never trust KB instruction from someone who is not an RKC certified instructor. This hurts to watch.

  • Those people are utterly clueless about kettlebells and totally arrogant to present themselves as experts. Worst swings I have ever seen. Lots of lip service about hip action but none actually demonstrated.

  • @jacisparrow who cares -- they look nice

  • Her bio says she's a Dynamic Fitness Instructor and & Master Trainer. & she sell DVD's

  • Don't do it like this ladies or you'll be visiting your doctor for serious injuries. I'm not RKC certified but I know it's not done like this.

  • They talk about using their hips, but it didn't look like they were using them at all! very bad form and the smallest kettlebells I've ever seen.

  • I don't know whether to laugh or puke first. This is a joke on so many levels.

  • Make sure you you know the technique, before you start having people sling weight around.

  • Ok. Apes, great job on the video. I know it is old school, but kettle are a great way to kick off an increase in your metabolism. Great jump start. I know you guys are following up by training that encourages good technique and proper form. Kettle is a grea way to jumpstart the body, but we definetely need to study up before we continue for more than three months of these plyometric techniques...... Old school work out, with a new name.
