The 2010 College of the Canyons football team is gearing up for the season with some grueling workouts orchestrated by one of the top Strength and Conditioning Coaches in the country: COC's own Robert dos Remedios!

  • I agree TSHalai...I was on that same team with you. i didnt really take my football seriously beacause it was all fun in high school. Going to COC was an experience all in itself. Bigger, stronger, faster was the goal, unfortunatley we lost to Grossmont in 2003, but 2004 we steamed rolled every team and battled San Fran for the National Champiomship/ State Championship. Memories like that last a lifetime!

  • Mannn this bring back memories...Wen I came out of High School..didn't really know about football, weight lifting n fitness until I went there..met up wit this guy name DOS...LMAO...1 yr later(2003) lost semi final Grossmont...next year....2004 National Champions/State Champs - 14-0 record!!!! Best year EVER!!!
