Unknown person in the barrack

Don't know who that was, caught on video and picture. No one was in the barracks which we were visiting at the time. Very strange.
edited was just edited my slowing down and freeze framing to try and get a better look

Not saying this is a ghost I just don't know who it was, they seem to be wearing a hat from the picture my cousin got (you can see the flash in the video) and in a big coat, even though it was quite warm that day, it was september 2007

Uh, maybe because they allow people to walk in through the back doors as well. I was just inside this barrack a few weeks ago. I came in exactly where you show the "ghost"!

Nah, you just missed the person standing there. After all, it is a long building. And you most likely were not expecting to see another person, you were focused on filming.
