  • i prefer the cable machine for this excersise. Great motion though..

  • @motherbadwest yeah and im pretty sure you arent supposed to go that far away from the body, im sure its supposed to be right back at the anatomical position...

  • the elbow should close to the body......without gap

    my physio said that....
