  • @lzyprsn frozen fruits and veggies are fine. Food that is trucked great distances loses it's nutrients. some canned are OK but usually canned are loaded with sugar or salt which is hard on your system in too large a quantity.

  • so, you wanna know how to get younger every year? like the guy in that brad pitt movie? well, here's great advice. stay young, be healthy, have a happy outlook on life -- be young at heart!

  • No Izy,

you need fresh vegetables and fruits.

keep in mind, that one dietary serving is 4 oz, or half a cup. 1 average banana or apple is like 2 servings!

Not hard to do. just look at a half cup measuring cup to see the amount. you will be surprised.

  • Do canned vegtables count? These days it is difficult to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables for a reasonable price. Could you recommend ideas for families struggling in today's economy?

I've read your materials and you strongly suggest supplements. How do I know what is safe for me to take? Perhaps you could address these issues in another video...

  • very important information that most people dont follow
