some mistakes:
Г: actually it CAN be "soft": ГИТАРА, ГЕЛЬ, ГЕННАДИЙ, ГЕНИЙ, ГИМНАСТ - more examples?. and actually in English it is called "palatalized".
У is NOT like in up, but like in book.
Ы is not pronounced as "yi"(otherwise it will be a Ukrainian ї.) it's really a bit similar to i in ill, but more "open".

There are some mistakes in the video. Ъ - prounounced like soft and short sound "Э", Ь - prounounced like short "и". For example, the name Марья became Мария, beause of prounouncation.
I'm sorry for my bad english, just i'm a russian one. )

I love this language, is very challenger but exited =)))). I am learning true Rosetta stone, but i think is very important to know where all come from and need to be from the alphabet, so i am getting good, but still don't know the alphabet =(
