  • Hey-Mountain Meadow Massacre? Blood Atonement (murder sanctioned and demanded by such as Jo Smith and Brigham Young...look it up, sources are absolutely available, credible and there for review) as part of the official Mormon creed? In the books-not making it up. Uhm-so besides Missouri being the new Jerusalem and God being a mortal from planet KOLOB (again, part of the OFFICIAL MORMON DOCTRINE)-and Jo Smith being a convicted liar (look it up), why do you think this BS is credible?

  • @hammerogod

No you just are that is a simple truth. U R human and you hate anything that is different. This will be who you are until you accept Christ.

I'm not LDS... I guarantee I know more about the LDS church then you do. You think you do but all you know is what the tanners have taught you... Well maybe just Ed Decker as I'm sure what the tanners teach is a little bit over your head.

You issue is your pride in what you think is knowledge & you confuse that with what is fact.

  • @Chinaculiacan

Blood Atonement... if it is not something that G-d requires then why did he kill Ananias and Sapphira?

"If any miserable scoundrels come here, cut their throats." Brigham Young

Quoted by William Bishop, Attorney to John D. Lee, the Leader of the Massacre.

Don't even try to convince anyone that Brigham Young was innocent.

He was motivated to kill the Baker-Fancher party for several reasons.

And he got the job done.

  • When the Stone Cairn was built on the MMM site Brigham Young looked at the inscription on the cross at the top, which read "Vengeance is mine and I will repay saith the Lord." and said "it should be Vengeance is mine and I have taken a little"...this is quoted by LDS Apostle Wilford Woodruff (Mountain Meadows Massacre, p. 182)

Brigham as much as said that the Vengeance and Blood was on his hands.

The message that Brigham sent arrived late.

    Why?

Brigham was a Dictator, everything that happened in Utah was under his control.

The message arrived late because Brigham wanted it that way.

    Nothing else makes sense.

The message was only to cover him when the investigations started.

There is too much evidence, first-hand, contemporary, for me to ever believe that Brigham didn't order the Massacre.

And, even if he was innocent (unlikely), he set the atmosphere for it to happen

  • @hammerogod Again you make assumptions you know nothing about. I am not brainwashed at all. I cling to no traditions whatsoever.

Interesting, I just showed that Brgiham Young had sent a message and you ignored it to fit your bias.

  • @scottwins2 Yes, there is evidence. Compelling evidence. Overwhelmingly compelling evidence. But you have to look for it yourself. And, once you have seen it, you must decide if it is enough to sway you from the Traditions you cling to. All I can do is start you on the path. Read this as a starting place. Put your brain-washed misconceptions aside and read with an open mind. I dare you. ht tp:/ /w ww.mazeministry(dot)com/mormonism/mmmassacre/brighamguilty(dot)htm
  • @hammerogod Brigahm Young, "In regard to the emigration trains passing through our settlements, we must not interfere with them until they are first notified to keep away. You must not meddle with them. The Indians we expect will do as they please but you should try and preserve good feelings with them." Unfortunately, the messenger arrived back two days after the massacre, on September 13, 1857.

  • @scottwins2 Since you have thrown done a challenge I will give you one in return. You called me a "Liar". So I will give you something to think about. If you will watch these videos, and not lie about watching them, we can continue our dialog. Otherwise I will consider you to be a "Liar", not to me, but to yourself. /watch?v=g00VjgTQLuo /watch?v=rn1iGvXU0dI /watch?v=a1BLR4rufYA This is not done to hurt you nor is it done to make you feel foolish. It is done to lead you to the Real Jesus.
