Is the Flip Video in HD or HQ and great to take on trips and vactions and other events? And will the Flip Video zoom in?

I always have my flip with me, you never know when you'll "need" it.
the flip will zoom in but the zoom in function is not very good (in my opinion)

That's the same thing with me but I have a Didital HP Camera it was made in 2005 and it's not good at making videos as you can see in some of my travel videos. And it wont let me zoom in so that explaines why I left these cerious comments. I will check your videos out. I just wanted a Flip Camcorder so I can make 100% Clear videos.
