Here's number 4! I first saw parts of this video at a Found Footage Festival, this guy singing the "penis song" (look for it!) Anyways he sings this at the end of the vid. I'm guessing since it was the grand finale he was really trying hard to stare sincerely into the camera, but it comes off as very creepy, like I'm pretty sure this guy drives a rusty ol' van with blacked out windows offering kid's candy, creepy. The kids just make it even more unsettling. And the ginger from The Sandlot shows up for no good reason! "You Are Never to Blame, You May Feel Shame, But Just the Same, You Are Never to Blame."

@SuperSlamBros well i remember seeing a segment about the production of this video in the 1980's (the video was done in 1984) but then i rediscovered this by the "OPIE AND ANTHON...FONZIE PSA" on youtube, but parts of the video are not appropriate in this day and age, the "private Parts" song, you wouldnt even think about doing that in this day and age.
