  • Very very cool! Why did I gets chills when you turned the side piece around to reveal the cutaway? It was an "AHA!" moment. Now I know how it's done.

  • LOL is so overused, but I actually laughed at that remark.

  • I'm neither handy nor patient... More "clumsy and spastic"... bad qualities for a luthier I guess.

  • Yeah I though so. I tried to shape the pieces on my belt sander. Even with fine grit, it still shredded the discs. I still think it would look cool.

  • I like to think so. Patience is an asset too. That "hundred cuts later" wasn't an exaggeration.

  • Indeed. The roads are slippery, so might as well stay inside and do something productive.
