Just to let you know, it's not bad value for money but there are better ones like the Trex family from Align for example. This heli has some quality issues, the Electronic Speed Controller is one of them, also be careful if flying in gusty wind. I would not have another one, I would rather buy a better quality machine, they cost more though..;-)

Thanks, yep the original ESC's seem to be a let down, shame, Esky should do something about it, the rest of the components are not too bad, you get what you pay forkind of quality, except for the ESC which is actually a dangerous liability, Esky wake up!!

Sorry for the delay, any good quality 30 Amps blushless controller for 6-12 volts batteries and BEC of 3 Amp 5V output would be fine for this heli.

Hi guys, update on the ESC issue, I'm now going to fit a NEW 30 Amp ESC, even with the bigger heatsink I got smoke out of it while testing without the main blades on at high motor speed, so I'm not gonna take any chances!!
