This is a quick fun way to make Lasagna even more delicious, and a great cheese to have altogether.
You can store it in the fridge when done for up to four days.

  • I'm Italian/Sicilian and that is by far the worst lasagne I have ever, ever seen!! I've never seen anyone put ricotta in what ever kind of mixture you put it in... Who taught you how to do this?

  • @bellaluna1320 Hahahaha...probably since your italian... well, I'm not Italian, but it's spelled LASAGNa here so it must be a different dish. Problem solved, it's really not that serious... its just food, everyone does it different.

  • my dear,, you are horrible to do this,,,, you could be good at hypnotize people and make they go to sleep.... please next time just speed up,,, dont try to entertain because you have no talent for it,,, im sorry but i had to be honest,,,, good luck next time,,,,

  • @vanessacasi lol, your weird... I'm not trying to entertain anyone. Just explaining a recipe on zero sleep, I taped this during college days. Go look up comedians for a laugh that's not what this is for... which is pretty obvious.

  • You americans crack me up.

Why do you make up recipes and call the italian?

Ricotta is made by cooking (ri-cotta, re-cooked) the whey left over from making sheep's cheese. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about: I'm Italian and my grandmother has been making ricotta for decades.

  • @Dezzantibus I learned it in school, that's what my chef called it. He's french blame them, lol.

  • I'm not sure I understand the difference between the regular pot cheese and ricotta, then. I understand that ricotta is made from whey, what is in this video is called pot cheese or cottage cheese, I've been making for years... I guess I have been making ricotta =) Just does not takes like it =) Really looking for a recipy to cook real ricotta and use up all that whey that I have left over(kinda of tired of the crepes that I end up making on whey)

  • pineapples are very cool

  • you are funny lol
