its a vigil. no one's getting hurt and we should unite and fight for basic human rights. toquan084, you SHOULD count yourself lucky to be a singaporean and don't have to suffer the same plight of the burmese. while i disagree with disobeying the laws of singapore, i don't see how a harmless vigil that stands for compassion towards the human rights, can be illegal. slow traffic is a minimal issue when compared to the troubles of the world.
