@Armo949494 have you got adw launcher (free)... or adw launcher ex?
If you have the free launcher, just press on the "menu button" on the phone (bottom left button) and click on "adw settings". If you have the paid launcher. you need to click on the menu button, then "more", then "adw settings".
If you still can't find it let me know. Goodluck
