The organizational leadership degree consists of a blend of online and in class courses. This allows the student to have flexibility for completion, as well as in class interaction. The online courses are typically 8 weeks long, and will have coursework and interaction through the online learning resource. The in class components are usually two courses, one night a week, typically lasting for 8 weeks. There are also weekend options available throughout the year. The majority of the in class courses are held in at the UCO facilities.
