@xemnasishot I am not personally involved in this case and do not know the players. If I were asked, I would do everything in my power to make certain he was in jail and his name on the sex offenders list.

I would also make certain if this child remained in foster care, that she received help to deal with the rape. Sexually assaults sounds nicer than RAPE and RAPE is RAPE!

@LastCynicStanding You know how the agency does not work. I say scrap the whole agency but that is not gonna' happen in my lifetime. There is too much money and as Representative Suzannah Gratia Hupp stated:
