@thev0x Where do you see "bloodflow patterns" here? This is cleary a structural (most probably T1 weighted, since you can see the gray matter) MRI volume with different software-added colorrings. fMRI is a LOW-res T2-weighted SEQUENCE of MRI scans. It usually looks not very nice because of the low resolution, so after doing some statistics on the sequence, the results are superimposed onto the hi-res nice-looking structural scan (like the one on the video) to get better visualization.

@belevtsoff An MRI is not going to show you the patterns of bloodflow in the brain; at least, not to the degree that an fMRI would. This is clearly an fMRI.
